This three hour pitching camp is designed for players age 8-14 who want to improve their mechanics, develop better ball control, and learn how to pitch with confidence.
Instruction will focus on proper throwing and arm mechanics, balance and body control, accuracy and command, arm care, and developing effective pitching routine. We will break down the pitching motion and help each player understand how to use their entire body efficiently while reinforcing healthy throwing habits.
Space is intentionally limited so every player receives focused instruction, individual feedback, and plenty of quality repetitions.
